About me:

I have always been described as a bubbly outgoing person, who’s always there to bring a positive energy and optimistic attitude.

I love to be able to help those in need. It feels rewarding to see their smiles on their face when my clients regain their confidence in enjoying their life and bringing back a quality that they had before their injury.

I love to use a hands-on approach combined with functional science-based exercise to improve recovery, reduce pain, improve balance and provide better quality of life in my clients.

With many years of experience in both private and aged-care services, I have a deep understanding of management for chronic pain and chronic illnesses.

In my own spare time, I love to eat food and burn off my calories with exercise. Basketball and Boxing are my cup of tea. I have previously fought in a sold-out exhibition match which the harsh training camp has made me understand the dedication to pursue something challenging. I am currently training for a 100km relay marathon for the Feel Good Ultra Marathon.
